Terms of Service

These terms are specific to Astro Queen: the Astro Queen mobile app on iOS and Android and the astroqueen.app website (together, the "Service"). By installing, opening or using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

This agreement is between you and Gany Yazılım A.Ş. ("Gany", "we"). Address: Muallimköy Mh. Deniz Cd. No: 143/13 İç Kapı No: 342, Gebze / Kocaeli / Türkiye.

1. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We publish the current version on this page and change the date above; we also announce material changes inside the app. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

You may not use the Service if you are under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use it only if your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these terms; their permission is also required for purchases.

You confirm that the information you give when creating an account is accurate and that you are creating the account for yourself.

3. Your account

You sign in with your phone number and an SMS verification code. Keeping your number and device secure is your responsibility, and you are responsible for what happens on your account.

You can delete your account permanently from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. What deletion covers is described in the Privacy Policy.

One account per person. You may not sell, transfer or open an account on someone else's behalf.

4. Your licence to use the Service

The Service is not sold to you; you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent, republish or commercially exploit the Service or its content;
• decompile or reverse-engineer it, try to bypass security measures, scan our systems or overload them;
• access the Service with automated tools (bots, scrapers) or use the API without permission;
• impersonate someone, create an account with false information, or enter another person's personal data without their permission;
• submit unlawful, deceptive, harassing content or content that infringes anyone's rights.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account.

5. Ownership and content

All intellectual property in the Service — the app, the site, the design, the brand, the logo and the text we generate — belongs to Gany or its licensors.

The data you enter (your name, birth details, questions, the people you add) is yours. We process it only to provide the Service; the details are in the Privacy Policy.

You may use, keep and share the readings and reports generated for you personally; you may not republish them commercially.

It is your responsibility to get someone's permission before adding their birth details.

6. AI and the nature of the content

Readings, reports and the answers to your questions are generated by AI on the basis of the astrological data calculated from your chart. Generated text may be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent.

Astro Queen is for entertainment and personal insight. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and is no substitute for professional counsel. Take decisions about your health, legal affairs or money with a qualified professional.

Astrological calculations use the Swiss Ephemeris; if the birth details you enter are wrong, the result will be wrong too.

7. Stars and question rights

A star (★) is a virtual unit used to unlock content inside the app. Stars can be purchased or come with membership; they are not money, cannot be cashed out, are not refundable and cannot be moved between accounts.

When you unlock a report or an event reading, the corresponding cost is deducted from your star balance and that content stays open on your account.

A question right lets you ask Astro Queen a question; each question uses one. Question rights can be bought as packs with stars or granted with the annual membership.

Your star balance and question rights belong to your account. If you delete your account, any unused balance and rights go with it and are not refunded.

8. Astro Queen+ membership

Astro Queen+ is offered as an annual, auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; your membership benefits continue until then.

Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription. To stop being billed you must also cancel it in your store account.

We may change prices and what membership includes; a change does not affect the period already running and is announced before renewal.

9. Payments and refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your payment details never reach us; billing, refunds and invoicing follow the rules of the relevant store.

Refund requests go to the store: Apple's refund form for the App Store, Play Store account settings for Google Play. We have no refund obligation independent of the store's decision.

Any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

We may improve the Service, add or remove features, and pause it temporarily for maintenance. We do not promise that it will run without interruption or error.

If we remove a feature permanently and it directly affects something you paid for, we will give reasonable notice.

11. Third parties

The Service uses providers such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Twilio, OpenRouter, Sentry and Expo. When you get the app from a store, that store's terms apply as well.

Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement; we alone are responsible for the Service.

12. Suspension and termination

If you breach these terms, misuse the Service or create an unlawful situation, we may suspend or close your account with or without notice.

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account. Unused stars and question rights are not refunded on termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) remain in force.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the content it generates will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gany is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit or data.

In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to be limited (intent, gross negligence, mandatory consumer rights).

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your entering another person's personal data without permission.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Gebze (Kocaeli), Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.

If you are a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of your place of residence, and any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you habitually reside, remain unaffected.

17. Miscellaneous

• If a provision is invalid, the rest remain in force and the invalid provision is treated as replaced by the valid one closest to its purpose.
• Not exercising a right does not mean we waive it.
• You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it in a transfer or merger.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
• These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service.
• We give notices inside the app, on the store page, or at the address below.
